Old Town, Quebec

Found our way to Old Town this morning. Beautiful, Clean and totally touristy! Got up to the Citadel (Small city). Still used as an Army Base. Turns out that the Commandant is being changed tomorrow, so they troops were practicing drills in preparation for the ceremony. Pictures tell the story.

  2. Hi Jane, Our french is limited to what we learnt 40 years ago in school. And the school system taught us the king's french (France). Apparently it is totally different and Quebecers don't understand it very well. So we are limited to the please and thank-you that we all should use. Politeness in any language is the best way to communicate.
